Explore how grades are read:

'\(a\)' square or '\(a\)' in the second stage: $a^{2} = a \cdot a$
'\(a\)' cube or 'a' in the third stage: $a^{3} = a \cdot a \cdot a$
'\(a\)' in the fourth stage: $a^{4} = a \cdot a \cdot a \cdot a$

Example:

\(5\) square:
$5^{2} = 5 \cdot 5 = 25$

\(5\) in the cube:
$5^{3} = 5 \cdot 5 \cdot 5 = 125$

\(5\) in the fourth stage:
$5^{4} = 5 \cdot 5 \cdot 5 \cdot 5 = 625$
