In June 2018, “SEB Bank” finished its six month growth programme for Latvian companies with income of over €200,000. Twelve companies were selected for the programme run by CIVITTA, international management consulting in Emerging Europe, with the help of TOP of mind experts in business and marketing.
The programme target was to enable companies to grow ten times faster. SIA Uzdevumi.lv CEO Edgars Shkutans, marketing officer Aigars Usans, and international partner manager Valerii Nikitin were selected to find out how. Every week, sessions were held on the topics of product, marketing, financing and leadership. During the programme it was evaluated that Uzdevumi.lv has the potential to expand to western markets, such as Germany and the USA.
