2. Author Biography

Rabindranath Tagore was born in Kolkata (May \(7\), \(1861\)). He is one of the famous Bengali poets, and he has written many essays. Moreover, the author is a story writer, song composer, a renowned playwright, painter, and many more. He had introduced many new poems and prose in the colloquial language of Bengali literature, and they designed as a classical Sanskrit.

Rabindranath Tagore is the son of a religious reformer, Debendranath Tagore. He had more tendency to write many verses and essays, and he also did a preliminary study in England. Tagore had published many books and articles in the \(1880\)s, and he completed a book called Manasi in \(1890\). It is a book with a collection of his genius maturing. And the book is written on the Bengali language, whereas the Bengalis follow it.
 
Tagore went to Bangladesh to take care of his family, and he lived there for ten years near the Padma River in a houseboat. The author published one of the short stories in the \(1890\)s. He had also written many songs of nearly \(2000\) songs, which is so prevalent in Bengali societies.
