Gita Wolf was born on December 6, 1956, in Calcutta (now known as Kolkata). She is an Indian author, publisher, and one of the founder of an Indian publishing house, Tara Books. Wolf used to write many stories for children. She has written nearly twenty-five books for children and adults. Some of her important works are,

Anushka Ravishankar:
Anushka Ravishankar was born in Pune in 1982. She is an author of children's books and co-founder of "Duckbill Books". "Duckbill Books" is the name of a publishing house. She has written over thirty books for children, including picture books in verse, chapter books and non-fiction. Anushka was also an editor at Tara books. Her most important works are,

Orijit Sen:
Orijit Sen was born in 1963. Orijit Sen is an Indian graphic artist and designer. His graphic novel "River of Stories" was published in 1994 by Kalpavriksh. "River of Stories" is considered as the first graphic novel of India. He is the co-founder of "People Tree". "People tree" is the name of a publishing house. One of his important illustrated works is,
