This is a real incident that happened in a place called , in South Brazil. There was a homeless man who required  treatment. When he went to the hospital at , the hospital staff were surprised to see a gang of  waiting anxiously at the entrance for their homeless master, César. César confessed that he had been his food to feed his dogs. After an hour of treatment, César was fine, and he reunited with his friends. , a staff nurse, snapped the touching scene and posted it on . She said the dogs looked chubby and well taken care of. She further added that even if César did not have any material , he would never be alone in his life, because he had earned and kindness from his  companions.
