To speak about greetings and  have small talks in business, you need the appropriate vocabulary.

Bow - to bend your head or body forward in order to show respect or to thank an audience;

Greeting - something friendly or polite that you say or do when you meet or welcome someone;

Shake hands - to hold someone's hand and move it up and down when you meet them for the first time, or when you make an agreement with them;

Firm - not soft, but not completely hard;
 
Polite - behaving in a way that is not rude and shows that you do not only think about yourself;
 
Colleague - someone that you work with;
 
Introduce - to tell someone another person's name the first time that they meet;
 
Relationship - the way two people or groups feel and behave towards each other;
 
Mention - to briefly speak or write about something or someone;
 
Occupation - your job;
 
Steer - to influence the way a situation develops;
 
Conversation - a talk between two or more people, usually an informal one.
