8. Calculate the sides of the rectangle

The points \(A(-2, 2)\), \(B(-5,2)\), \(C(-2,-12)\) and \(D(-5,-12)\) in order are the vertices of a rectangle. In the rectangle, the opposite sides are equal. Calculate the side values of the rectangle using the distance formula.
