5. Calculate the cost of constructing the drainage

The radius of a circular playground is 70 $m$. A drainage  1 $m$ wide has to be constructed around the playground for the purpose of draining the rainwater, then find the cost of constructing the drainage at the rate of $₹$ 114 per sq. m.
