8. Evaluate the base of an isosceles triangle

\(XYZ\) is an isosceles triangle with \(XY\) \(= XZ\) \(=\) 35 \(cm\) and the height of the triangle \(XW\) \(=\) 28 \(cm\). Determine the base length \(YZ\).
