Factorisation by taking out the common binomial factor from each term of the algebraic expression.

Consider

(n^{2} + 1) (m - n) + (m^{2} + 1) (m - n)

Take binomial factor from each term commonly outside.

(n^{2} + 1) \underline{(m - n)} + (m^{2} + 1) \underline{(m - n)}

= (m - n) (n^{2} + 1 + m^{2} + 1)

= (m - n) (n^{2} + m^{2} + 2)
