6. Find the area of the regular octagon

A gift wrap when opened, resembles a regular octagon. Let the regular octagon be \(ABCDEFGH\). If \(AD =\) 169 \(cm\), \(BC =\) 73 \(cm\), \(BP =\) 55 \(cm\) and \(DE =\) 73 \(cm\), find the area of the octagon formed.
