In a trapezium $ABCD$, $AB \parallel DC$, $E$ and $F$ are points on non-parallel sides $AD$ and $BC$ respectively, such that $EF \parallel AB$. Show that $\frac{AE}{ED} = \frac{BF}{FC}$.
