A cubical candle of dimension 20.9 $cm$ $\times 11.7 cm \times 24.4 cm$ is placed in a conical stand of the same height when burnt to re-use the candle. The capacity of the stand is equivalent to the volume of wax. If so, find the radius of the stand.
