17. Determine the sides of an isosceles triangle

Verify whether the points \(A(20,16)\), \(B(8,0)\) and \(C(-8,12)\) make an isosceles triangle by satisfying $\mathit{AB}=\mathit{BC}$.  And calculate the sides of the triangle using the distance formula.
