1. Does it mean that on Venus, the Sun would rise in the west and set in the east?

 

All the other planets rotate in the clockwiseanti-clockwise direction from west to eastnorth to southeast to west. But, Venus rotates in the clockwiseanti-clockwise direction, i.e., from north to southeast to westwest to east. On this planet, the Sun rises from the northwesteast and sets in the northeastwest.
