Exercise condition:

m.
The power of a motor pump is \(2\ kW\). How much water per minute the pump can raise to a height of \(10\ m\)? (Given g = 10 m sā2)
The formula to calculate the Work done (\(W\)) is,
\(W\ =\ m \times g\ +\ h\)
\(W\ =\ m \times g\)
\(W\ =\ m \times \frac{g}{h}\)
\(W\ =\ m \times g \times h\)
Power is calculated by
:
\(Power\ =\ Work\ done \times Time\)
\(Power\ =\ \frac{Work\ done}{Time}\)
The pump can raise
\(kg\) of \(water\ per\ minute\).
