a. When a pure tall plant is crossed with a pure dwarf plant, all of the plants in the \(F1\) generation are talldwarf. In the \(F2\) generation, 75%50% of plants will be tall and \(25\)% dwarf.

 

b. In the \(F2\) generation, the phenotypic ratio will be 1:2:13:1, while the genotypic ratio will be 1: 2: 11: 3: 1.

 

 

Sister chromatids are two  non-identicalidentical strands that makeup chromosomes, which are thin, long, and bead-likethread-like structures. The chromonemacentromereis what holds them together. Each chromatid is made up ofcentromerechromonema, a spirally coiled thin structure. The chromonema is made up of chromomereschromosomal proteins, which are bead-like structures that run the length of the chromonema. DNA, RNA, chromosomal proteins, and specific metallic ions make up chromosomes. The chromosome is supported structurally by these proteins.
