The Five Great Epics of Tamil Literature, also know as Aimperumkaapiyam (ஐம்பெரும்காப்பியங்கள்) in Tamil are:
1. Silappadikaram (சிலப்பதிகாரம்).
2. Manimekalai (மணிமேகலை).
3. Seevaga Sinthamani (சீவக சிந்தாமணி).
4. Valayapathi (வளையாபதி).
5. Kundalakesi (குண்டலகேசி).
