Step 1: Draw a circle in the chart paper and split the circle into two halves by folding the paper diametrically.
Step 2: Consider the right half of the circle and divide that into four equal parts by folding it further.
Step 3: Now cut the middle two parts out of those four parts and shade with a different colour.
Step 4: Further cut the obtained parts into two parts and place one part as a tail and another part as fin as shown below.
Step 5: Now you can draw fish's eye.
