Example:

${(- 14)}^{1} = - 14$

Important!

On the degree of the figure with the lever

$0$ accept the number

$1$ :

$a^{0} = 1 .$

The exception is degree

$0^{0}$ that doesn't make any sense.

$3^{0} = 1$

${(7. 5)}^{0} = 1$

${(- 8 \frac{1}{6})}^{0} = 1$

$\begin{array}{l} 1^{0} = 1 \\ {(- 1)}^{0} = 1 \end{array}$

Important!

Numbers

$1$ , stepping up to any degree is

$1$ .

$\begin{array}{l} 1^{n} = 1, n - any number . \\ 1^{1} = 1^{33} = 1^{199} = 1^{1000} = 1 \end{array}$
